Horse Harmony provides horse training, coaching, and educational resources to help riders build confidence and connection with their horses. Our services may be modified or updated at any time without prior notice.

• You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

• Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
• 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Failure to notify us may result in fees or loss of session credit.
• Horse Harmony reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to      unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, emergencies).

• Payments for services are due as agreed at the time of booking.
• Refunds will only be issued in cases where Horse Harmony cancels a service and an      alternative cannot be arranged.
• We do  not offer refunds for change of mind or missed sessions without notice.

• Engaging  with horses carries inherent risks. While we take every precaution to ensure safety, Horse Harmony is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from participation in our services.
• By  using our services, you acknowledge these risks and agree to participate at your own discretion and responsibility.

To maintain a safe and supportive environment, we ask all participants to:

• Treat horses, instructors, and fellow riders with respect.
• Follow all safety instructions provided by our team.
• Not engage in any reckless, abusive, or harmful behaviour toward horses or others.

Failure to comply may result in immediate suspension from our services.

• All content on our website, including text, images, and training materials, is  owned by Horse Harmony and may not be copied, shared, or used without permission.
• You may not reproduce or distribute our training materials for commercial use     without written consent.

• Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
• By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as      outlined in our Privacy Policy.
